Morning meditation. Beginner-friendly surf lesson in Venao's consistent break. Afternoon free for the pool or hammock. Sunset breathwork on the beach.

Land & culture
Sunrise yoga. Visit to a local fishing village and Azuero Peninsula ceramics workshop. Afternoon free. Evening journaling session.

Deep rest
Gentle yin yoga. Full morning at the beach or pool. Long lunch. Spa bodywork in the afternoon. Sound healing at sunset.

Explore
Optional early hike to Cerro Hoya viewpoint or a second surf session (or sleep in — zero pressure). Afternoon free for the spa, tide pools, or a horseback ride along the coast. Farewell dinner under the stars.

Depart renewed
Final sunrise practice on the sand. Breakfast. Airport transfer. Ultimate-package guests continue for three more nights of self-directed rest, private guide excursions, and deeper exploration.
